I hereby acknowledge that the acceptance and basis of allocation of the non-voting “Ordinary C” Shares in the Company is in the absolute discretion of the directors and that they have reserved the right to reject any application including without limitation multiple or suspected multiple applications or any application considered by them to have been made by a nominee. If any application is not accepted, the application monies will be returned by BACS to the applicant without interest. There is no guarantee as to whether an application will be successful at all.

I understand that any application by me to invest in the Company shall be deemed to be an offer up to the value of my application and that such offer shall be deemed to take effect upon post submission of this online Application Form.

I accept that completion of the Application Form confers authority on the Company to complete an investment in non-voting “Ordinary C” Shares in the Company not exceeding the Application Amount.

I request and authorise the Company to send to me a definitive Share Certificate by post or via email in respect of one “Ordinary C” share in the Company to the address given above and to ensure that my name is placed on the register of members of the Company as holder of the said “Ordinary C” share.

I warrant that I will not be entitled to receive a Share Certificate for any “Ordinary C” shares unless and until I make payment in cleared funds and such payment is accepted by the Company in its absolute discretion.

I agree that this Application Form shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the Laws of England and Wales.

Founder Membership Benefits at The Cinema And Members Club In The Power Station:

As a Founder Member of The Cinema And Members Club In The Power Station you will receive a non-voting minority equity share in the business which will entitle the holder to:

  • Lifetime membership for two people (living at the same address) to The Members Club, Battersea Power Station.
  • Complimentary Annual membership for two people (living at the same address) to The Olympic Studios Members club, Barnes.
    *Should you join as a Founder Member of Battersea, your Olympic Annual Membership will be renewed complimentarily each year on a rolling basis for ten years. At the end of the ten year term Olympic Membership will continue on an annual subscription basis. (You will not need to reapply for Olympic Membership at this point, you will be given payment details and will be able to continue your membership).
  • An invitation to include your name to the Founder Members 'Wall of Fame'.
  • An opportunity to sell on Founder Membership. If for some reason you no longer wish to be a Founder Member it will be possible for you to sell on your share, with its membership benefits (*subject to approval).
  • 10% discount on all food and beverages in The Members Club, Battersea Power Station.
  • A complimentary private screening for 25 guests in The Cinema In The Arches (our sister site in Battersea) with cocktails and popcorn. Market value: £1750.
    (Price based on current private hire costs and two cocktails and popcorn per person).
  • 10% off all Cinema bookings (for four people), including private boxes, at all four Cinemas in the group: The Cinema In The Power Station, The Cinema In The Arches, The Cinema At Selfridges and The Olympic Studios Cinema, Barnes.
  • 24 Hour Priority booking for live events including Q&A’s.
    *Previous Q&A’s have included Benedict Cumberbatch, Robert De Niro, Stanley Tucci, Sir Tim Rice, Tom Holland, Edgar Wright, Suggs, Dame Vanessa Redgrave, Malcolm McDowell, John Boorman.
